Systeme.io’s pricing is the reason most people even look at it: an all-in-one marketing platform that undercuts every competitor. But which plan should you actually pick? Here’s the 2026 pricing breakdown with real numbers, plus my recommendation for each type of user.

The four plans

Free — $0

The free plan is genuinely free: up to 2,000 contacts, one funnel, one email automation, one course, one blog, and a basic CRM. No credit card required. It’s a full working platform with limits — not a trial that expires. If you’re testing the waters of online business, start here and don’t pay a cent until you hit a wall.

Startup — $17/month ($14 annual)

Startup unlocks more of everything: up to 5,000 contacts, unlimited funnels, more automations, more courses, and removes the Systeme branding from some elements. This is the plan for a serious solo creator who’s already collecting emails and selling.

Webinar — $47/month ($39 annual)

Webinar adds the webinar feature (evergreen webinars, live webinars, replays) on top of higher contact limits — up to 15,000 contacts. If webinars are part of your funnel strategy, this is the plan. If not, don’t pay for it.

Unlimited — $97/month ($80 annual)

Unlimited is what it says: no contact caps (within fair use), every feature, everything unlocked. This is for agencies, teams, and heavy users who run multiple clients or high-volume funnels. Annual billing makes it $960/year — still cheaper than two months of Kajabi Pro.

What the annual plans add

  • 2 months free — pay for 10 months, get 12
  • Free migration (valued at $1,997) — their team moves your funnels/emails/courses from another platform for you. This is a real time-saver if you’re switching from ClickFunnels, Kajabi, or Teachable.

Which plan should you pick?

  • Just starting, no income yet: Free plan. Build everything, collect emails, launch your first offer. Pay nothing.
  • Making your first sales, under 5k contacts: Startup monthly. Upgrade to annual once you’re consistent.
  • Running webinars or growing past 5k contacts: Webinar plan.
  • Agency, team, or heavy usage: Unlimited — it pays for itself fast when you’re running multiple clients.

One more thing worth noting: there are no transaction fees on any plan. Every competitor that charges a percentage of sales (looking at you, ClickFunnels premium tiers) gets more expensive as you grow — Systeme’s flat price doesn’t move.
